Acute Consultations 150.00 For people with cold, flu, sudden symptoms, done by phone or on line: Acute illness situations will be followed daily to resolution at no additional consultation charge. Only normal remedy fees will be required in event the remedy needs to changed.
First Aid Consultations: For accidents, falls, sprains, burns, cuts, bites, 125.00 dollars, due on pick up of the remedy.
House calls are 100.00 on top of normal consultation fees.
Manual credit card transactions: 5.00 dollars.
To reserve an appointment time, a credit card number will be required. Failure to follow reschedule and cancelation policies below will result in charge for the full amount of the time.
For any new patient request for same or next day appointments, non-refundable payment must be made in full in advance for the time by credit card. If you change your mind and don't show for the appointment, you may apply the payment to any later scheduled appointment.
In constitutional cases remedies will be suggested or delivered within one week of the consultation in order to allow for adequate time for case analysis.
In acute or fist aid cases, the client may pick up the remedy at David's office within 4 hours of the consultation or will be sent to a store which carries the remedy.
The constitutional health evaluation takes 2 hours, where the patients health history, current health issue, mental, emotional, and physical symptoms will be deeply investigated in or to find the best Homeopathic medicine which will stimulate a deep sustained healing reaction.
Focused consultations focus on single body part complaint finding the remedy which most matches the symptoms to get local relief of symptoms.
Follow ups are 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Follow ups are scheduled in accordance with individual patient needs.
Phone or online acute consultations are 30 minutes to 1 hour .
The patient is expected to make it to appointments on time. It is better to be early than late. If the client fails to show, the client is still obligated to pay for the time. The client may cancel the appointment and incur no charge if the cancellation is 24 hours or further from the appointed time.
If the client shows up more the 15 minutes late without calling, the client may reschedule but must pay for missing the appointment.
Two missed appointments without and notice cancellation will result in termination of service.
All of the client's records will be treated with the up most confidentiality. Records or any client information will not be shared with or revealed to any other person, agency, or corporation under an circumstances without the client's permission, except where the Practitioner knows of a crime committed which law requires reporting, or with professional colleagues for the purpose of providing better service
The Practitioner will keep all Client original records. If the client wishes possession or copies of the records, client may put in a written request. There will be an administrative cost of 100.00 dollars to process the records.
Records for Homeopathic consultations by a Lay Homeopath are not subject to inspection or seizure by administrative request from any government agencies as are the records of licensed health care practitioners.
Failure to pay:
Failure to pay for Homeopathic consultations will result in termination of services until all bills are made current.
Licensed Health Care Interaction:
Practitioner does not interfere with the treatments of licensed health care providers. Though many other modalities of treatment can interfere with the benefits of Homeopathy, it is up to the client to consult with his/her health care provider if the client wishes to maintain, change, or discontinue that health care providers service and treatment. The client holds David Shapley harmless should any dispute, disagreement, or change in treatment between the client and health care provider cause harm to the client.
Often, Homeopathy can work in conjunction with other modalities such as chiropractors, osteopathy, rolfing, yoga, exercise, nutrition, and counseling.
Referral are available for those modalities which might seem more appropriate to the given need.
